Challenging | Fun | Fast Paced – Transforming the original Northern States Power headquarters from the early 1900s into the now Ramsey County Attorney’s Office was a fast-pace project that offered many obstacles for our team to take head on. This six-story building was a complete gut and remodel of approximately 85,000sf of office space. During the process, our team discovered many items that were outdated and brought this building up to code and safe for future tenants.
